Print Quota

Students are allotted $10.00 in Print Quota per semester. Should you run out, you can add print quota at the reference desk. You can either pay with cash or check (only) in the library or pay using a card at the business office and bring the receipt to the reference desk to get that quota added. It is important to note that if you pay in the business office your quota will not be added unless and until you bring the receipt to the reference desk to be added.

Scan

Scanning is free to everyone. The scanner in the Learning Café will scan color or B&W and you can then email the resulting file to yourself. It will scan all materials, as long as they fit on the glass. Scans can be output in PDF, JPEG, or TIFF. There are instructions next to the scanner if you want to try it yourself, but feel free to ask for assistance at the circulation desk.

Copy

The library has one copier. Students can make copies using their print quota for 3¢ per page of black and white copy or 10¢ per page of color copy. Public patrons will need to inquire at the circulation desk for copying assistance.
