Discipline-Specific Journal and Magazine Article Indexes--These are helpful social studies-specific tools to search for articles in journals, and in some cases, magazines. They are searchable many ways--by keyword, title, author, subject, etc. When accessing these from off campus, you will be prompted for your Barton login.   (Note that these databases cover a broad range of topics in social studies, from the more general social sciences to more specific disciplines, including history, political science, geography, economics, and education.)
