This genealogy and history resource combines a collection of page images of over 25,000 family and local histories from ProQuest's Genealogy & Local History Online database with HeritageQuest's complete U.S. Federal Census records from 1790-1930; access to PERSI, a subject index to genealogy and local history periodicals in US and Canada since 1800; Revolutionary War records; Freedman's Savings & Trust Bank Records from 1865-1874, etc.

Thousands of institutions have contributed nearly a million collection descriptions to ArchiveGrid.
